Adam Woods
Adam Woods is a disciplined, mission-driven professional with a powerful combination of military leadership and civilian expertise. As a Motor Transport Operator Instructor in the U.S. military, he trains soldiers to operate heavy vehicles safely and effectively, often in high-pressure environments. He has served as a team leader, squad leader, and acting platoon sergeant, earning a reputation for strategic thinking, resilience, and sound decision-making under stress, both in training and during real-world missions.
On the civilian side Adam founded Pest-Key Solutinos: Certified Pesticide Handler with both Private and Commercial Applicator Licenses, including endorsements in Pesticide Laws and Rules, Termite Inspection, and Sewer Root Control. His well-rounded expertise ensures compliant, targeted treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and municipal environments.
A combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, Adam has completed several advanced military courses, including the Senior Leader Course, Unit Movement Officer School, and TCAIMS II. His military awards include the Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medals, and the Iraq and Afghanistan Campaign Medals. He has also earned the Army Driver and Mechanic Badge and the NCO Professional Development Ribbon.
Adam is a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He attended Cuyahoga Community College, earning significant credits toward a degree and demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement. Whether mentoring soldiers or managing infrastructure projects, Adam brings leadership, reliability, and a deep sense of responsibility to every mission he undertakes.
